• Christina L. Campbell, 30, of Hibbing, charged and sentenced for gross misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree on May 24, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to a statutory stay of adjudication with two years probation with conditions including 15 days jail, 40 days electronic monitoring, $135 in fines, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, contact your probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if you are charged with any new crime, if you change your address, employment or telephone number or have contact with law enforcement; cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace and things as directed by your probation officer; sign all releases of information; do not use or possess firearms or dangerous weapons; follow all institution/program rules; chemical dependency evaluation and treatment; follow recommendations of evaluation; no alcohol or controlled substance use; no mood-altering chemicals; no possession of drugs or alcohol; random testing; do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments; attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous; report to agent as directed; and follow all instructions of probation.

• Jeremy J. Odegaard, 32, of Hibbing, convicted of gross misdemeanor assault on a peace officer on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail stayed, two years probation with conditions including three days jail, $135 in fines, follow all institution/program rules, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives; chemical dependency evaluation and treatment; obtain and pay the required fee; follow recommendations of evaluation; no alcohol or controlled substance use; no mood-altering chemicals; no possession of drugs or alcohol unless prescribed by a physician; random testing upon request and pay for said test; do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments whose main source of business is alcohol or social gatherings where alcohol is served; attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous; no threats of violence to anyone; remain law-abiding and be of good behavior; no same or similar violations; report to agent as directed; and follow all instructions of probation.

• Jeremy J. Odegaard, 32, of Hibbing, convicted of gross misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine in the fifth degree on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail stayed, two years probation with conditions including three days jail, follow all institution/program rules, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives; chemical dependency evaluation and treatment; obtain and pay the required fee; follow recommendations of evaluation; no alcohol or controlled substance use; no mood-altering chemicals; no possession of drugs or alcohol unless prescribed by a physician; random testing upon request and pay for said test; do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments whose main source of business is alcohol or social gatherings where alcohol is served; attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous; no threats of violence to anyone; remain law-abiding and be of good behavior; no same or similar violations; report to agent as directed; and follow all instructions of probation. • Colten R. Perkins, 21, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor driving after revocation on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

DUI/DWI Convictions

• Colten R. Perkins, 21, of Hibbing, convicted of gross misdemeanor second degree DWI on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail stayed, two years probation with conditions including 60 days jail, $1,015 in fines, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no possession of drugs or alcohol unless prescribed by a physician, random testing upon request and pay for said test, remain law-abiding, do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments, submit to random searches, do not use or possess firearms or dangerous weapons, no alcohol-related offenses, pay restitution, report to agent as directed and follow all instructions of probation.

• Megan E. Jones, 52, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including two days jail, $615 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no mood-altering chemicals, no possession of drugs or alcohol, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar violations, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, no driving without insurance, and do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments.

• Kristian R. Sega, 40, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on May 24, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including three days jail, $610 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no mood-altering chemicals, no possession of drugs or alcohol, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar violations, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, no driving without insurance, and do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments.
