• David L .Strey, 46, of Hibbing, convicted of two counts of gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation/inimical to public safety on Oct. 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to one year jail, $135 and $85 in fines, remain law-abiding and no same or similar violations. Sentence to be served concurrently and consecutively with other charges.

• David L .Strey, 46, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor theft/intent to exercise temporary control on Oct. 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to one year jail, $50 in fines, remain law-abiding and no same or similar violations. Sentence to be served concurrently and consecutively with other charges.

• Nahanni K. Wenell-Desjarlait, 23, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including four days jail, $135 in fines, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding and anger management or counseling with verification provided to counsel within 60 days.

• Zekeiel R. Thomas, 38, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including four days jail, $285 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• Jacob W. Tammi, 27, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including one day jail, $135 in fines, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding and restitution reserved for 60 days.

• Michael D.T. Quartey, 28, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor criminal damage to property on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 60 days jail and $135 in fines.

• Alicia M. Hamilton, 20, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor traffic collision on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 10 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $135 in fines, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding and pay $1,107.69 in restitution.

• Margarita M. Maure, 23, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor obstructing legal process on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 30 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including five days jail, $135 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

• Joshua D. Bunker, 38, of Cohasset, convicted of felony theft on Oct. 25, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. • Lillian M. Dorman, 19, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DUI/.08 or more within two hours of driving on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. • Dylan M. Provencher-Biddle, 20, of Mount Iron, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DUI/.08 or more within two hours of driving on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $610 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• Alyssa L. Anderson, 22, of Mountain Iron, convicted of gross misdemeanor second degree DWI on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to one year jail stayed, two years probation with conditions including 30 days jail, $1,015 in fines and no same or similar violations.

• Randy J. Elkington, 63, of Virginia, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $610 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• Merrilee A. Littlewolf, 42, of Nett Lake, Minn., convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including four days jail, $1,015 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• Dana M. Gate, 31, convicted of gross misdemeanor third degree DWI on Nov. 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M.
