• Joseph M. Humphrey, 45, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Sept. 24, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 54 days jail and $135 in fines.
• Joseph M. Humphrey, 45, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor possession/sale of a hypodermic syringe/needle on Sept. 24, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 54 days jail and $210 in fines. Sentenced to be served concurrently with other charges.
• Ronald L. Freeman Jr., 31, of Hibbing, convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree on Sept. 20,2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 15 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including 62 days jail, $135 in fines, follow all institution/program rules, complete treatment at Northland Recovery, aftercare, no alcohol or controlled substance, no possession of drugs or alcohol, random testing, do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments, follow all instructions of probation, report to agent as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if you are charged with any new crime, if you change your address, employment or telephone number or have contact with law enforcement; cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace and things as directed by your probation officer; sign all releases of information; give DNA sample as directed; do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives; and do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
