• Joshua A. Groshong, 33, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor trespassing on June 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to one day jail, $185 in fines and restitution reserved for 90 days.

• Colten C. Salo, 20, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor trespassing on June 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to one day jail, $185 in fines and restitution reserved for 90 days.

• Gregory M. Sutherland, 29, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fleeing on foot on June 7, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail.

• Gregory M. Sutherland, 29, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor theft on June 7, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail and $135 in fines. Sentenced to be served concurrently with other charges.

• Ashley L. Jurek, 19, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor shoplifting on June 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Jon A. Maturi to 10 days jail stayed, $135 in fines and no same or similar violations.

• Perry W. Haverkamp, 69, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor indecent exposure on June 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Jon A. Maturi to 30 days jail stayed, $185 in fines and no same or similar violations.

• Bruce W. Laliberte, 47, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor shoplifting on June 8, 2018

• L. Edward Forsman, 56, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor failure to yield to right of way (while making a left turn) on June 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Jon A. Maturi to 10 days jail stayed and $135 in fines.

• Jonathan J. Russ, 29 of Chisholm, convicted of gross misdemeanor fifth degree drug possession on June 7, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. • Evan A. Lautigar, 28, of Gilbert, convicted of felony third degree sale of drugs on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Gary J. Pagliaccetti to 57 months Commissioner of Corrections, supply DNA sample, and no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons.

• Evan A. Lautigar, 28, of Gilbert, convicted of felony DWI in the first degree on May 21, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Gary J. Pagliaccetti to 72 months Commissioner of Corrections, $85 in fines, supply DNA sample, and no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

• Paul D. Gunter, 58, of Chisholm, convicted of gross misdemeanor third degree DWI on June 11, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Jon A. • Lori A. Elias, 46, of Eveleth, convicted of gross misdemeanor third degree DWI on May 31, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail stayed, two years probation with conditions including 27 days jail, $615 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no mood-altering chemicals, no possession of drugs or alcohol with the exception of prescribed medications, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, random testing for drugs and alcohol on request and pay for said test, no driving, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, remain law-abiding, submit to random searches, no alcohol-related offenses, follow all instructions of probation and report to agent as directed.

• Stanislaw J. Kozacka, 56, of Harwood Heights, Ill., convicted of misdemeanor DWI (motorboat)/.08 or more within two hours of driving on May 31, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including four days jail, $585 in fines, complete alcohol assessment or equivalent and submit results to attorney who will forward to the county attorney’s office, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, no driving without insurance and no alcohol-related offenses.
