Convictions

The following convictions were taken from the St. Louis County District Court Citation Disposition Bulletin.

Felony Convictions

• Cornell C. Cockerham, 36, of Hibbing, convicted of felony violation of a harassment/restraining order on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 21 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including 180 days jail, $285 in fines, no mood-altering chemicals unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, random testing for drugs and alcohol upon request and pay for said test, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all institution/program rules, complete MI/CD programming at Northeast Regional Corrections Center, can be released early upon successful completion of recommended programs, do not enter bars or liquor stores/establishments, complete diagnostic assessment and follow recommendations, no contact with victim(s) without prior written approval of probation, follow all instructions of probation, comply with any additional requirements imposed by probation, submit to random searches and unannounced visits and/or search of electronic devices by probation or designee, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if you are charged with any new crime, if you change your address, employment or telephone number or have contact with law enforcement; cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace and things as directed by your probation officer; sign all releases of information as directed; give a DNA sample when directed; do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives; and do not register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

• Christian B. Sanborn, 26, of Hibbing, convicted of felony domestic assault on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 18 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including six months jail, $385 in fines and follow all institution/program rules.

• Randi M. Greenwood, 31, of Hibbing, convicted of felony possession with intent to sell methamphetamine in the fourth degree on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 18 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including 91 days jail, $385 in fines and do not enter bars/liquor stores or any business whose primary purpose is the sale of alcohol.

• Louis M. Krueger II, 65, of Hibbing, convicted of felony sale of methamphetamine in the second degree on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 78 months Commissioner of Corrections, $585 in fines and supply DNA sample.

• Louis M. Krueger II, 65, of Hibbing, convicted of felony felon in possession of ammunition or firearm on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Rachel C. Sullivan to 60 months Commissioner of Corrections, forfeit weapons and no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

DUI/DWI Convictions

• Tonya M. Howard, 40, of Keewatin, convicted of misdemeanor DWI on Dec. 20, 2018. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $160 in fines, random testing, submit to random searches, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, no drinking and driving, no driving without valid driver’s license and insurance, remain law-abiding; no same or similar violations, victim impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all instructions of probation and report to agent as directed.
