The following convictions were taken from the St. Louis County District Court Citation Disposition Bulletin.
• Jared B. Brohman, 24, of Nashwauk, convicted of misdemeanor shoplifting on Feb. 27, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail and $135 in fines. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.
• Kyle V. Busby, 19, unknown, charged and sentenced for gross misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine in the fifth degree on March 1, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to a statutory stay of adjudication with two years probation with conditions including seven days jail, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation and any/all recommendations for aftercare, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of alcohol or drugs unless prescribed by a doctor, no mood-altering chemicals, remain law-abiding, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace and things as directed by your probation officer; no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons; random testing upon request and pay for said test; follow all instructions of probation; and report to agent as directed.
• Roxanne M. Silvestrini, 59, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on March 5, 2018. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to two days jail and $135 in fines.
