The following convictions were taken from the St. Louis County District Court Citation Disposition Bulletin.

• Kevin C. Callahan, 57, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor trespassing on June 20, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including four days jail, $135 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete alcohol assessment, do not enter bars or liquor stores, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, no contact with victim(s), sign all releases of information and write letter of apology.

• Russel D. Jones, 32, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor careless driving on June 20, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $585 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, no driving without insurance, do not enter bars or liquor stores, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding, sign all releases of information and submit to random searches.

• Zachary R. Green, 19, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor underage consumption on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including three days jail, $135 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, no drinking and driving, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, no contact with victim(s), sign all releases of information and follow all instructions of probation.

• Zachary R. Green, 19, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including three days jail, $50 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, no drinking and driving, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, no contact with victim(s), sign all releases of information, follow all instructions of probation and write letter of apology to juvenile and officer. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

• Adam J. Ziga, 24, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $135 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• Joseph P.L. Michienzi, 24, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $135 in fines, no same or similar violations and remain law-abiding.

• April L. Otto, address unknown, convicted of gross misdemeanor giving false name to peace officer on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail and $135 in fines.

Felony Convictions

• Devin W. Martin, 25, of Hibbing, convicted of felony domestic assault on June 27, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 15 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including 57 days jail, $135 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, supply DNA sample, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding, anger management, counseling for couples and follow all recommendations, attend domestic violence class and follow recommendations, follow all active Orders for Protection, do not cause harm or fear in anyone, sign all releases of information, submit to random searches, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, follow all instructions of probation and report to agent as directed.

• Tony B. Long, 26, of Chisholm, convicted of felony robbery in the first degree on June 27, 2013. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 48 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, three years probation with conditions including one year jail, $135 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding, anger management, no contact with victim(s) without prior approval of probation, do not cause harm or fear in anyone, submit to random searches, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, supply DNA sample, follow all instructions of probation, report to agent as directed and pay restitution as determined by probation (reserved for 30 days).

• Nathan J. Gundy, 27, of Buhl, convicted of felony burglary in the second degree on June 20, 2013. Sentenced by Judge Mark M. Starr to 33 months Commissioner of Corrections stayed, five years probation with conditions including eight months jail, $135 in fines, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no possession of drugs or alcohol, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete alcohol assessment, do not enter bars or liquor stores, no same or similar violations, remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s) without prior approval of probation, sign all releases of information, submit to random searches, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, supply DNA sample, Teen Challenge (enter and successfully complete after time at Northeast Regional Corrections Center) and follow aftercare.

• William P. Lushenko, 44, of Carlton, Minn., convicted of felony burglary in the second degree on June 20, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 43 months Commissioner of Corrections, $135 in fines and pay restitution. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

• William P. Lushenko, 44, of Fairfield, Texas, convicted of felony burglary in the second degree on June 20, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 48 months Commissioner of Corrections, $135 in fines and pay restitution. Sentence to be served concurrently with other charges.

DUI/DWI Convictions

• Daron K. Manning, 31, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DUI/.08 or more within two hours of driving on June 24, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to one year jail stayed, one year probation with conditions $610 in fines, no drinking and driving, chemical dependency evaluation and treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no driver’s license violations and follow all instructions of probation.

• Shane A. Simonson, 25, of Hibbing, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on June 17, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail and $135 in fines. Sentence to be served with other charges.

• Tammie S. Pechovnik, 47, of Chisholm, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DWI on June 17, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions including $715 in fines, no drinking and driving, no driver’s license violations, no driving without insurance, complete alcohol assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations and follow all instructions of probation.

• Kimberly L. Magina, 48, of Side Lake, convicted of misdemeanor fourth degree DUI/.08 or more within two hours of driving on June 17, 2013. Sentenced by Judge David E. Ackerson to 90 days jail stayed, one year probation with conditions $610 in fines, no drinking and driving, no driving without insurance, complete alcohol assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar violations, no driver’s license violations and follow all instructions of probation.
